The house is located over the famous city of Thiers, world capital of cutlery and crafted knives.

The house is absolutely gorgeous and well decorated, but the climax is definitely the viewpoint you have from the outdoor area and the pool.
- Large landscaped garden of 2000m² in the middle of a private 7-hectares land with no neighbors on the frontside.
- Ground-level terrace of 180m² and loggia with panoramic 180° view.
- Heated pool from in season (April to October) 3.5m x 10m, with fully secure electric cover for young children + children safety buoys provided.
- Free parking for at least 15 cars.
- Main orientation is South and West facing the Puy de Dôme with an overlooking view on the Limagne plain up to the Cantal Mountains, the Sancy Massif, the Puy-de-dôme chain and the Combrailles. With a glance, you will go as far as 100 km away, with Clermont-Ferrand visible at night in the background.
- Located at 630m of altitude (2000 Feets), on a sun-drenched promontory (always with pleasant temperature even during heatwaves).
- Lot of garden equipments (deck chairs, loungers, badminton net and set, pétanque court).
- Large outdoor table under the loggia for 14 people + second table for 8 persons.
